Knife Crime
Tougher laws are needed on knife crime to keep our streets safe. Far too many people are killed or injured in stabbing incidents. Action by police to catch those carrying knives will only work if those caught know they will be sent to jail. Mandatory sentences for knife carrying will make people think again before taking a knife out on the street. Scotland needs action on knives now.
