Milngavie MSP Des McNulty has forced SNP Planning Minister Keith Brown to admit that Tesco’s appeal against the decision to refuse the planning application for a monster store in Milngavie has cost £16,000 – and Tesco’s will not have to pay a penny.

The Scottish Government proposed cuts of nearly 50% in the regeneration budget for Clydebank. I worked hard to lobby Ministers to reverse the cuts and am pleased that a little more money was found for Clydebank rebuilt. But the budget has still been significantly reduced...

Des McNulty MSP is backing moves by his colleague Bill Butler MSP to bring in new legislation that will ensure fairer and quicker compensation for victims of workplace accidents and diseases contracted at work.
Having approved the Climate Change Bill, the task now is to hold the Scottish Government to account for delivering the reductions in emissions required. I would like to hear what steps you think are needed to meet the targets which have been agreed.
